Mentors are a crucial part of our process: by pairing each of our Innovator organisations with, at minimum, one Mentor, we can provide value beyond financial support through experience, expertise and practical consultancy.
Our Mentors are located throughout the UK, and are paired with companies appropriately in terms of location and knowledge matching skillsets.
While our Mentors generally come from, but are not limited to, financial management and technical consultancy / engineering backgrounds, we are keen to develop a pool of talent which can be selected for each innovator business appropriately.
Whether you are currently in academia, professional services, in full or part-time employment or even retired and have a track record in providing successful mentorships to innovative organisations, with a focus on carbon neutrality, we would like to hear from you.
In return for your time and efforts, mentors shall be given the opportunity to be paid in currency / money or equity or a combination of both, with the equity stake being in the innovator business which you are mentoring.
